We want you to love your Reign and Water purchase! But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.

You have 28 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your order, so there’s plenty of time to decide.

A few things to keep in mind:

All items must be in their original condition, with packaging intact.

Personalised items (including products from our Name Collection and those with engraving or metal letters) cannot be returned unless faulty.

Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.

Gift packaging is non-refundable.

Returns are processed within 5-10 working days of reaching our warehouse. Please allow a few extra days for the refund to appear in your account.

If an item is faulty, we may ask for it to be returned (at no cost to you, if in the UK) so we can inspect and improve our products.

If you’ve purchased items as part of a 2-for-1 offer, both must be returned for a refund. If you’d like to exchange just one item, simply return the one you’re swapping.

A quick note: Customers are responsible for return postage fees and any taxes required by local laws.

We’re here to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible, so if you have any questions, just reach out!

Pack it up – Repackage your item(s) securely and include a note with your order number, name, and address.

Let us know – Email us at hello@reignandwater.co.uk with the reason for your return.

Label it – Print your postage label and attach it to your package.

Send it off – Drop it off at your local post office.

Be sure to keep your proof of postage, and we’ll keep you updated on your return every step of the way!

For UK returns, a £2.99 handling fee will be deducted from your refund. This price varies outside of the UK based on shipping costs

If you receive a faulty item or your product develops a fault, don’t worry—we’re here to help! Simply reach out to our friendly customer support team at hello@reignandwater.co.uk, and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

If not, no problem—we’ll just need some details from the original order to assist you. Once we’ve processed your return, we’ll issue a credit for the value of your item, so you can choose something that’s perfect for you.

No rush—your credit is valid for 3 months, giving you plenty of time to browse!
