SMS/MMS Mobile Messaging Program Terms and Conditions
Reign and Water (owned by Naomi Simon) is offering a mobile messaging program (the “Program”), and by opting in or participating, you agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (the “Agreement”). By participating in any of our Programs, you accept and agree to these terms, including resolving disputes through binding, individual-only arbitration, as detailed in the “Dispute Resolution” section below. This Agreement is specific to the Program and does not modify other Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy governing other relationships with Reign and Water.
User Opt-In
The Program allows you to receive SMS/MMS messages by affirmatively opting in, such as through an online or application-based form. Regardless of how you opt-in, you agree that this Agreement applies to your participation. By participating, you consent to receive autodialed or prerecorded marketing messages at the number associated with your opt-in. Consent is not required to make any purchase. While we may send messages using an autodialer, not all messages are sent through automatic telephone dialing systems (“ATDS”). Message and data rates may apply.
User Opt-Out
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any mobile message from us. You may receive a confirmation message. If you're unable to reply with these commands, please contact us for manual opt-out assistance. Only the methods outlined above are valid for opting out.
Duty to Notify and Indemnify
If you change or stop using the mobile number you used to subscribe to the Program, including canceling your service plan or transferring the number, you agree to follow the User Opt-Out process beforehand. Failure to do so may result in you being responsible for any costs or liabilities incurred by Reign and Water due to claims from individuals who later take ownership of your number.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Reign and Water harmless from any claims or liabilities resulting from your failure to notify us of changes to your mobile number.
Program Description
Participants in the Program will receive messages about Reign and Water products, including accessories (watches, jewelry, handbags), clothing, limited-time offers, and events.
Cost and Frequency
Standard message and data rates may apply. The Program involves recurring messages, and additional messages may be sent periodically based on your interactions with us.
Support Instructions
For support, text "HELP" to the number from which you receive messages or contact us directly. Please note that emails are not an acceptable method of opting out.
MMS Disclosure
If your mobile device doesn't support MMS messaging, the Program will send SMS messages instead.
Our Disclaimer of Warranty
The Program is offered “as-is,” and its availability may vary based on your wireless carrier. Reign and Water will not be liable for delays or failures in the receipt of mobile messages. Delivery depends on your wireless provider and is outside of our control.
Participant Requirements
You must have a wireless device capable of two-way messaging, be using a participating wireless carrier, and have text messaging service to participate. Not all providers support the service, so please check your phone capabilities.
Age Restriction
You must be at least 13 years old to participate in the Program. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate.
Prohibited Content
You agree not to send prohibited content through the Program, including but not limited to:
- Fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful content
- Offensive language or discriminatory content
- Viruses, harmful code, or illegal products
- Personal health information protected by law (e.g., HIPAA)
- Any content prohibited by applicable law
Dispute Resolution
If there is a dispute between you and Reign and Water, or any third-party service providers, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in the United Kingdom. The arbitration will be governed by the rules of the American Arbitration Association and will be held individually, not as part of any class action. The arbitrator’s decision is final, and no punitive damages will be awarded.
Miscellaneous
You represent that you have the necessary rights and authority to agree to these terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement will still be valid. We reserve the right to change this Agreement and will communicate any updates. Continued participation in the Program means you accept the updated terms.

Warranty
When you purchase warranty then all Reign and Water jewellery is covered by a three-year worldwide warranty, and any damages due to normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches) are not included.
